Reserve Fee
Explanation:
You can request that we put a reserve on your auction. A reserve amount
means that your item can not sell on Ebay below a certain price specified by
you. The actual amount is kept private from buyers. The item will state
“reserve not met” until bidders meet or exceed the reserve amount. If the
auction ends before the reserve is met, the item does not sell, and no final
seller fees will apply. Sometimes, it's more economical to start your
auction at the minimum you're willing to sell the item for and avoid putting
a reserve on the item. Review the listing and reserve fees to see,
which would benefit you most.
Keep in mind that there are final selling value fees at
the conclusion of the auction. Therefore, you should take that into
consideration and may want to increase your reserve amount accordingly if
you “need” a certain amount from your item.

Final Selling
Commission:
From time to time Ebay has a deadbeat bidder that does not follow through on
the contract and does not submit payment. If this were to happen in one of
your auctions we will relist your item with no additional insertion or
reserve charges.
If your item does not sell, you will have the option to relist the item
(however insertion and reserve fees will once again apply.) There are no
final selling fees incurred on items that do not sell. If you choose
not to relist the item, you will need to pick your item up from us.
Storage fees may apply if item is not picked up within 15 days of end of
auction.
Once your item sells, we will collect the payment from the buyer, prepare
your item for shipping, and ship your item to the customer. The “Final
Selling Value Commission” includes final sales fees from Ebay, Paypal Processing,
packaging, sales tax, and a small commission.
